The department is established with the aim of providing expert care in Medical Gastroenterology and advanced endoscopic Procedures. The department possess modern state of art equipment backed by advanced intensive care units. The department is currently having 2 days OPD & 3 days Endoscopic OT Services, apart from 30 bed indoor and daily OPD Plaza services.
Gastroenterology essentially addresses diseases of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon and rectum, pancreas, gallbladder, bile ducts and liver.
